ON, OCT 2006 - The fourth International Big Rideau Lake Speed Skating
Marathon will be held January 27 2007 and preparations are already in
full swing.

Earlier this week we received a visit from one of our skating hero's Grahm Lodge from the Kingstons Striders (Graham was at the very first Skate the Lake meeting four years ago!). See pictures below, where Graham is teaching some of the local skaters. Come back soon for more updates. We are making the registration form available within a matter of weeks and we will release our schedule of events at the same time, and YES, we will have fire works and a Skate the Lake party after the races once again.
