2 p.m. 4 p.m Oval open for practice and referee inspection of the track.
2 p.m. 6 p.m. Pre registration and race kit pickup at registration trailer

Saturday Jan 31, 2009
7:30 a.m Registration opens in registration trailer
8:50 a.m. National Anthems
9 a.m. Start 5 K (registration ends 8:30 a.m)
10:15 a.m. Start 10 K (registration ends 9:45 a.m)
11:30 a.m. Start 5X1K relay PRIZES FOR BEST DRESSED TEAM (registration ends 11:00 a.m)
12:30 p.m. Start 50K championship race (registration ends at noon)
12:45 Award ceremonies 5K, 10K and 5X1 relay (on ice if possible)
3:30 p.m. Award ceremonies 50K (on ice if possible)
NEW TIME 5 p.m. Fireworks on ice
